This Trainer has never been used, although it has been sitting around for a while, so it has some scrapes and dings, but 0 miles as you can see by the roller. It has the updated tension knob from the later versions. It will be carefully packaged and only the adjustment knob and axle slider removed, these require no tools to re-install. It will also come with a NOS front wheel riser block to level the bike when on the trainer.
